It seems that Jasman Toys, the makers of the Halo 3 line of Laser Tag has closed down. I recently visited the site in order to see if any new products were coming out and it looks like the site was down. I tried calling my contact of the company and the number was disconnected. I also tried calling the main office number and sadly this was disconnected as well..

So has Jasman Toys officially folded up? While there was no official announcement, it seems like that is the case. Another victim of the economy? Who knows.

To all the employees who were employed at Jasman Toys, I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Looks like those plasma weapons just became collector’s items…

My video game collection page has been updated with my most recent additions. I’m sure there will be more to add after I go to the Midwest Gaming Classic!

My Dad came over last night and we worked on a brand new control panel to the wee hours of the morning. The overall result was excellent. The panel went from an old 3 button per player configuration to a 6 button per player, plus individual start buttons and a coin button. Brand new switchable 8 way joysticks were put in as well. The buttons and sticks were provided by my friend Tony and all the parts worked out nicely.

In order to construct the control panel, I used Microsoft Visio to construct the layout of the buttons and the panel to the scale of the word so it would provide as a template to cut the wood on. The button size provided to be a little inaccurate on the Visio side when it came to production time, but my Dad had no problem making manual adjustments on the fly.

After all the drilling we put in the buttons, did the wiring and after 7 hours we were set!

I can now play Street Fighter 3rd Strike and any other 6 buttons came with ease! The next portion that I’m going to fix up is the Aero Fighters Display. I’m going to get some new overalls for it, by combining the use of stuff from Ace and the oversize printer from work. Granted I can get permission to use it.

It has come to my attention that content that was used for a new music video has been leaked. I have checked IP logs and have discovered the person who grabbed the data and I will be contacting them shortly to remove it from a variety of sites.

I have also removed the files that were not suppose to be uploaded to this site, (Need to talk to the director on this one.) and that will be that.

For those who already saw the content, feel free to contact me and we can discuss ways you can get a preview of the video. I don’t have any ill intent on those who viewed it, but it is not meant for public viewing yet!
